In Your Words...
Life Coaching
"London can seem like a rabbit hole. You follow the White Rabbit and down there in the dark you lose your goals, your values, yourself.
Through a humble cup of tea and a few simple writing exercises, Stephen - like any good Mad Hatter - reminds you of who you are and where you want to go.
He holds your hand, protects you from creepy corners and creatures, and by using the experience you have gained, shows you the way out, in order to become a better, happier, real you!"

"I stepped into 2012 single (again) and feeling like everything that was good in my life had gone. I knew at that moment I needed to do something to change the way I felt.
I wanted to be able to finish 2012 with a smile on my face and proud of the goals I had achieved.
Initially when I met Stephen I desperately needed to make sense of why I was unable to have a successful relationship and understand why my ex’s judgment had made me feel like I was the worst person in the world. In my first session with Stephen I also realised there were other areas and issues that needed an action plan.
Talking with Stephen I was able to understand that my actions had hurt someone and that I was being punished by them and made to feel like a 'bad person'. This all made sense and I really felt that that I had the outside perspective on my life that I desperately needed.
I wasn’t this bad person and I felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders.
For the past 10 years I have had a serious obsession with the gym, going five days a week and sometimes twice in a day. Stephen challenged me to think about whether I was really satisfied with work/gym/work/gym and I realised I was not. I have a creative side to me which I was not using. Suddenly I felt really passionate about something outside of my usual routine.
We also looked at my finances to understand how I can get myself out of debt and for four weeks I wrote down exactly how I spent my money. It made me very aware. I had started a new job four months before earning good money and am now in a position to become responsible with money.
With the new job came the desire to really excel in my career and set myself goals to be able to do this.
So after six weeks the two burning issues – my broken relationship and finances – both had a plan in place. I felt positive about the breakdown of the relationship and able to move on. Getting my finances into place would enable me to make a start on the other goals I had set myself.
Today I have paid £800 on to my credit card, the first step to becoming debt free. I have a plan in place to work on the rest of my goals throughout the year once I have reduced my debt. In my career I also have a plan and in 12 months I will be a different place."

"I began seeing Stephen at a difficult time in my life, following illness.
His gentle approach, challenging my thoughts and preconceptions and encouraging words have helped me greatly and led me to changes that I otherwise would not have had the energy or courage to make.
Although I still feel at the start of my journey, I believe the lessons I have learned will equip me for my future path.”
